Michael’s practice focuses on family law, while also maintaining his contract with Vernal City as the Chief Vernal City prosecutor and counsel on the City’s employment matters.  


Michael studied law at the University of Cincinnati after having received the school’s College of Law Leadership Scholarship.  While at UC, Michael was chosen to compete on the law school’s Moot Court competition team, resulting in his selection to the Order of the Barristers.  Michael also won the Lawrence Maxwell Prize for Oral Advocacy. For his work as a fellow with the Ohio Innocence Project, Michael received the Lois Rosenthal award.  Michael finished his juris doctorate degree in 2009.  


During his undergraduate studies, Michael attended the University of Utah where he received a music degree in piano performance.  While at the University of Utah, Michael was elected to represent the College of Fine Arts within the Student Senate and Academic Senate of the university.      


Michael is very active in the Vernal Community. He is currently serving as the 2021-2022 president of the Vernal Rotary Club, the 2021 president of the Uintah Basin Domestic Violence Coalition, and serves on the boards for Charitable Friends of Ashley Valley. He has also served on the board for the Uintah Schools Foundation.  Michael also served for six years as the Vice President of the Uintah Basin Bar Association.

Cameron's practice areas include complex civil litigation, family law, contracts, landlord-tenant law, lien issues, and estate planning.


Cameron grew up in Vernal.  He was the 2004-2005 Uintah High School Student Body President and a 2005 UHS class valedictorian.


During college at the University of Utah, where he graduated magna cum laude with Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Sociology, Cameron worked as an intern in the office of U.S. Senator Orrin G. Hatch in Washington, D.C. and then at the U.S. Mission to NATO in Brussels, Belgium.

Following college, Cameron joined Teach for America as a 4th grade teacher in Tulsa, Oklahoma for two years, after which he returned to Utah to attend law school.


Cameron graduated with High Honors from the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law  in 2015.  Before returning home to Vernal to practice law in the Uintah Basin, Cameron worked for more than three years as a medical malpractice defense litigator in Salt Lake City.

Cameron is the assistant Vernal City prosecutor and a member of the local Rotary Club.

Bric graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School in May 2020. His studies mainly focused on business law and estate planning, but also encompassed a wide variety of other topics including employment law, telecommunications law, and tribal law. While attending law school, Bric served as President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society as well as a law school student ambassador. In 2019, he was selected to participate in the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic as a senior certified student attorney. where he worked with local startups. While working for the firm, Bric has been involved in a wide variety of legal matters.

Ali Dudley

Ali has been with the firm since 2015.  Prior to coming to the firm, she worked in law enforcement, both in support for the Uintah County Sheriff's Office, and as a dispatcher.  Ali is also a professional photographer, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters.  


Sadie Dudley

Sadie has been with the firm since 2019.  She enjoys doing puzzles, singing, and spending time with her family.

Debbie Reed

Debbie has been in the legal field since 1993.  She graduated in 1994 from Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona with an Associate of Applied Science degree and became a Certified Paralegal in 2003.  She is a past member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc., Pima County Bar Association, and the Tucson Association of Legal Assistants.  As a paralegal, she has extensive experience in estate planning, trust administration, probates, guardianships, conservatorships, limited liability companies, corporate and partnership matters, family law, including divorce and adoption, and real estate issues.  In her spare time, Debbie enjoys archery, which is how she met her husband, Levi.  She also enjoys spending time with their three kids.

Cheree Brotherson

 Cheree has been with the Firm since 1996.  She graduated in December of 1995 from Utah State University with an Associate Degree in Business.  She has extensive experience in estate planning, probates, guardianships, conservatorships, adoptions, Limited Liability Companies, Sub-Chapter "S" Corporations, Partnerships, family law, including adoptions and divorce, real estate and Trust Deed Foreclosure issues and mechanical and oil and gas lien issues.  In her spare time, Cheree enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her son and new grandbaby.
